Welcome to Vadim Fit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vadim Fit website, mobile applications, and our physical or digital services, including the purchase of branded merchandise, scheduling of personal training and massage sessions, and subscriptions (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. If you are under 18, you may only use our Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
  • Account Security: To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Branded Merchandise & Drop-Shipping

  • Product Availability: We offer custom-branded merchandise that is drop-shipped via third-party suppliers. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer or discontinue any product at any time.
  • All Sales Are Final: As detailed in our Refund Policy, all physical merchandise sales are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be permitted unless an item arrives damaged or defective and is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Limitations: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Vadim Fit is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

3. Scheduled Services (Personal Training & Massages)

  • Health and Safety: By booking a personal training session or massage, you represent that you are in good physical condition and have no medical reason or impairment that would prevent you from safely participating. We strongly recommend consulting a physician before starting any new fitness regimen.
  • 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: * Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, are strictly non-refundable and will be charged in full.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscription services operate on an automatic renewal basis. You authorize Vadim Fit to charge your designated payment method for the recurring subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle.
  • 30-Day Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To prevent being charged for the next billing cycle, you must provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to your renewal date.
  • No Refunds: We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Services.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and branded merchandise designs featured on the Vadim Fit platform are the exclusive property of Vadim Fit or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without express written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: Physical exercise and massage therapy carry inherent risks of injury. By participating in Vadim Fit services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.
  • Disclaimer: Vadim Fit provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vadim Fit, its trainers, therapists, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including physical injury, arising from your use of our products or services.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles.


8. Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
